When I first began to practice yoga around 20 years ago, I did not imagine that it would become a start of an amazing
journey. My practice of yoga has had a strong influence on the choices I have made in life, including a change of career to become a yoga teacher.
I am a Hatha Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. I specialise in gentle yoga for strength and flexibility
including flow, stress management and relaxation.
I attend many workshops and training days, and continue to explore the world of yoga. My personal practice and
teaching are continuously evolving.
