Join Kasia and Sally in a Detox Yoga Workshop. Start 2020 the with a refreshing 3 hour yoga worksnhop. We will show you how to restore a healthy balance to your body and mind throught an energising yoga practice, cleansing breath techniques, intention setting and deep twisting poses.
